Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your art. If not, here’s how returns work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders and made to order prints (unless defective or damaged).
  • Gift cards and final sale items.

How to Start a Return

Email orders@ainokatzir.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.
Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please use a trackable service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding the original shipping cost) within 7–10 business days. If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this in your email.
Please note that transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Damage caused by misuse or mishandling by the customer is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Lost Parcels

If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with neighbors or building management. If the parcel is still not located, contact us and the carrier. We will assist on a case by case basis.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement once the parcel is marked as “delivered.”
