We sell original artworks and fine art prints. Colors and details may vary due to screens, materials, or handmade processes. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
Prices are listed in USD (unless stated otherwise) and may change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees. Availability is not guaranteed.
Currency & Local Charges
All prices are listed in USD for display purposes. However, if you are located in Israel, the final charge will be processed in ILS (New Israeli Shekel) by your credit card company or bank, according to their exchange rate and policies. This may result in minor differences between the displayed USD amount and the final ILS charge.
By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or inventory issues). You will be notified and refunded if charged.
Shipping details, fees, and timelines are described in our Shipping & Payments policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping to Israel
Orders within Israel are shipped locally with standard delivery options. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times for Israel will be clearly displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Orders outside Israel are shipped worldwide (including the EU, USA, and other regions). International shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Our Returns & Refunds policy governs returns, exchanges, and refunds. Certain items (such as custom orders or made-to-order prints) may be non-returnable except for defects or damage.
All content, artworks, images, logos, text, and designs on the Site are owned by AINO KATZIR or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You may not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site, security, or payment systems.
We may link to third party sites or use third party services (including payment processors, analytics, or shipping carriers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
